ASHLEY ACORD RN, BSN, CEN – Emergency Nurse & Educator

With 19 years of experience in emergency nursing, Ashley has built a career grounded in fast-paced critical care. Her clinical background spans a diverse range of environments—from Level I trauma centers to rural critical access hospitals—giving her a deep and practical understanding of emergency medicine across all settings.


Since 2020, she has expanded her role as an educator, currently teaching Emergency Nursing Association (ENA) courses including TNCC and ENPC for ER Residency programs across the United States. Her teaching is grounded in a deep commitment to clinical excellence, critical thinking, and provider confidence.


In addition to her work with healthcare professionals, Ashley is passionate about community outreach and public service. She actively volunteers with Custer County Search and Rescue and Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), continuing her mission to serve both patients and communities, and give her time to meaningful work.
